Tim was excellent from my first phone to his business and his visit to repair my subzero freezer door.  I have had a problem with my freezer door closing properly for quite some time. I had an authorized Sub zero appliance repair come out charge me several hundreds of dollars with no true solution.  Tim diagnosed the problem very quickly & offered me two solutions.  I took the more expensive route(only a few hundreds of dollars more)by having the remove the door front.  He found the issue. My door now closes perfectly & was a very honest guy! The appliance tech texted me in advance of arriving, checked our dryer, explained what needed to be done (and why) and what the cost would be. He immediately went to work and within about 1 hour, the dryer was fixed. The tech was very polite, explained each step and answered my questions.
