Technician Erick came on time within a 20-min prior notice. We had problems bioth with the Electrolux washer and th dryer. Erick was able to fix the issue with dryer right away, and the washer required an additional visit due to failed water valve. The next day the washer was also fixed - now I can do my laundry again!
