Tim B went above and beyond. He called early to let me know the part was in. He arrived earlier than expected however within the time he specified. He also stayed around in order to make sure the appliance worked as required before leaving. Very friendly and knowledgable.

Tim was great. He came out in a very timely manner, did his work, checked everything, fixed what needed to fixed and left me with a working washer. He also checked out my dryer. Extremely satisfied with service and would recommend with high quality service and customer care. thank you to the appliance crew.

Tim was excellent from my first phone to his business and his visit to repair my subzero freezer door. I have had a problem with my freezer door closing properly for quite some time. I had an authorized Sub zero appliance repair come out charge me several hundreds of dollars with no true solution. Tim diagnosed the problem very quickly & offered me two solutions. I took the more expensive route(only a few hundreds of dollars more)by having the remove the door front. He found the issue. My door now closes perfectly & was a very honest guy! I’ve already given his name to 4 friends who have sub zero’s.

The appliance tech texted me in advance of arriving, checked our dryer, explained what needed to be done (and why) and what the cost would be. He immediately went to work and within about 1 hour, the dryer was fixed. The tech was very polite, explained each step and answered my questions. Although it was not a really complex repair job, the tech did a great job.

The best Sub-Zero refrigerator repair in Irvine, hands down. Erick came the next day, found the cause of the problem, my fridge wasn’t cooling. Ordered parts, came back right away, fixed and the fridge is working like new! Highly recommended!
